What can I do without Ceremo Pro?
Plan inside any couple's wedding, free. When a couple adds you as their coordinator you work in their guest list, checklist, seating, timeline, run sheet and event-day brief, and you can save or use blueprints, at no cost to you. You can also start up to 3 client weddings yourself. Ceremo Pro adds your calendar, the live wedding day (mark moments done, move the day when it runs late, supplier links, crew posts and the processional) and your business across every wedding: the roster, private books, supplier book, team, profile page and reports with your logo.
Does the calendar work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Your weddings, appointments and bookings show in Google Calendar (or Apple or Outlook) through a private link, and your team each get a link with only their own appointments. You can also paste your Google Calendar’s secret address so your busy times show in Ceremo and a new appointment warns you about a clash. Ceremo only reads your calendar; it never changes it.
Do suppliers need an account?
No. Each supplier gets their own link with their call time, where to go, the programme and their crew meals. It updates by itself when the day runs late, and you can see who has opened it.
How do I pay after the trial?
The trial is 14 days and needs no card. After it, Ceremo Pro is paid by debit or credit card — ₱9,900 a year or ₱1,290 a month. It renews until you stop it, and you can stop it any time from Billing.
Can I buy Premium for my clients' invitations?
Yes, with Ceremo Pro. Premium packs hold 5 codes for ₱9,990 or 10 for ₱17,990, paid once by card. Each code makes one client's invitation Premium for 2 years — a couple buying it themselves pays ₱2,499 — and the couple keeps it whatever happens to your subscription. Use a code from the wedding's row, or send it to the couple to enter at checkout. Codes stay good for 3 years.
What is a blueprint?
A wedding you have already run, saved as the starting point for the next one: its checklist, vendors, room layout and RSVP questions. Start a new wedding from it and every date moves to the new couple's day.
Can the couple see my fee?
No. Your packages, payments and reminders live in Money, which only you can see. Ceremo never handles the money and never contacts a couple about your fee.
What happens if I stop Ceremo Pro?
Your weddings stay open, and their planning tools stay free. The workspace, the calendar and the live wedding-day tools close when your paid days run out, and nothing is deleted — your books, suppliers, team, crew posts and lineups are there again when you come back.
