QR codes

How do I put a QR code on my wedding invitation?

Every QR code Ceremo makes for you — RSVP cards, the seat finder, photo sharing — can carry your monogram or logo, in your colours, and still scan.

  1. Your invitation already has QR codes

The Share tab has a QR code for your invitation, and the seat finder, photo sharing, claim stubs and printed RSVP cards each have their own. Download any of them for your printed suite or the tables at the reception.

  2. Point it where guests need to go

The invitation QR can open the top of the page or scroll straight to a section — the RSVP, the venue, your gift details — so a printed card can say "Scan to RSVP" and mean it.

  3. Design it once in the QR Designer

Put your monogram or your own image in the middle, then choose the dot shape, the corner style and the colours. One design is used by every QR code on your invitation, so your cards all match.

  4. Check it scans before you print

The preview reads its own code back and tells you whether it scans. If a colour is too light to read, you see it here and not at the printer.

What your guests see

They point their phone camera at the code and your page opens — no app to install. A code that looks like part of your stationery gets scanned; a plain black square gets ignored.

What it costs

Every QR code is free, with the Ceremo mark in the middle (or your monogram, if you have designed one). Your own logo, colours and dot style come with Premium. See the full pricing.

Questions couples ask next

Will a designed QR code still scan?
Yes. The designer checks your code as you change it and warns you when a choice makes it hard to read, so you can fix it before printing.
Does the QR code change if I edit my invitation?
No. The code points to your invitation link, which never changes, so printed cards keep working after every edit.
Can I make a QR code just for the RSVP?
Yes. Set the invitation QR to open at your RSVP section, or print the RSVP cards, which give each family a code to their own reply.
