Online RSVP
How does an online wedding RSVP link work?
Every family gets its own private RSVP link. Send it on Messenger or Viber, they answer in a minute, and the replies land in your guest list.
Add your guests in groups
A household is one group — "The Reyes Family", "Tita Baby +1". Type them in or import a spreadsheet.
Ceremo makes each group an RSVP link
One private link per group, holding only that group’s names. Nobody sees anyone else’s reply.
Send it where you already talk
Messenger, Viber, SMS, email — paste the link. Ceremo can also send the email invitations for you.
They answer in under a minute
They see their own names, tap attending or not, add a plus-one, leave a note or a song request, and send.
You stop chasing
Replies appear in your dashboard as they come: who is coming, who has not answered, how many seats that makes. Filter to the ones still pending and send them their link again.
What your guests see
No account, no app, no password. They can reopen the same link to change their answer until your deadline, and their earlier answer is waiting there for them.
What it costs
All of this is free on every plan, including the free one. See the full pricing.
Questions couples ask next
- Do my guests need an app or an account to RSVP?
- No. They tap the link on their phone and answer on the page. That is why it works for every tita and lola on your list, not just the ones who like apps.
- Can guests RSVP without their personal link?
- Yes, unless you turn that off. On your invitation they can type their name into Find your invitation, pick themselves, and answer for their whole group.
- When should guests RSVP by?
- Many Filipino couples ask for replies four to six weeks before the wedding, so there is time to give the caterer a final head count and finish the seat plan. Set your RSVP deadline in Ceremo and the form closes on that date.
- Can I add the RSVP to a wedding website I made in Canva?
- Yes. Turn on the RSVP-only page (a Premium feature), paste its link into Canva’s Embed, and guests answer right on your Canva site. Every reply still lands in your Ceremo guest list.
