Add your RSVP form to a Canva website

Designed your wedding website in Canva? Embed your Ceremo RSVP form right on the page, so guests answer there and every reply lands in your Ceremo guest list.

Many couples design their wedding website in Canva. It looks exactly how they want, but Canva has no way to collect and track RSVPs. Ceremo fills that gap: turn on your RSVP-only page, paste its link into your Canva design, and guests answer right on your Canva site. Every reply lands in your Ceremo guest list, with the same guest search, plus-ones and custom questions as a full Ceremo invitation.

What you need

  • A Ceremo invitation on Premium, with your guest list added.
  • A Canva website design (any template, free or Pro).
  • Your invitation published, and not password protected. A password-protected page cannot be embedded.

Step 1: Turn on your RSVP-only page in Ceremo

  1. Open your invitation in the Ceremo design studio.
  2. Go to the Share tab.
  3. Switch on RSVP only.
  4. Click Copy link. The link looks like https://yournames.useceremo.com/rsvp.

While RSVP only is on, guests see just your RSVP form, in your invitation's colours and fonts. Your full Ceremo website sends them there too, so every link you already shared keeps working.

Step 2: Embed the form in your Canva website

  1. Open your website design in Canva.
  2. In the left panel, click Embed. If you don't see it, open Apps and search for Embed.
  3. Paste your RSVP link and click Add to design.
  4. Drag the form where you want it and resize it. Give it enough height for the whole form, about 760 pixels.
  5. Click Publish changes.

Guests now search for their name, answer, and submit without leaving your Canva site.

You can also link to the form instead of embedding it:

  1. Add a button or a line of text that says "RSVP" to your Canva design.
  2. Select it, click the link icon, and paste your RSVP link.
  3. Publish your Canva website.

Guests tap the button and answer on your RSVP page. Replies still arrive in your Ceremo guest list.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need a Ceremo account?

No. Guests find their name and answer. They never sign up or log in.

Will the form match my Canva design?

The form uses the colours, fonts and RSVP style you chose in the Ceremo design studio. Pick a palette that matches your Canva website.

Can I still send personal RSVP links?

Yes. Personal links from your guest list open the same RSVP page, with the guest already filled in.

Where do I see the answers?

In your Ceremo dashboard, under Guests. Counts, meal choices and custom question answers update as guests reply.

Can I turn it off later?

Yes. Switch off RSVP only on the Share tab, and your full Ceremo website comes back.
