List your entourage and sponsors

The entourage section lists everyone standing with you: parents, principal sponsors, secondary sponsors, the wedding party. You choose the roles, their order and how the names are laid out. The entourage works on every plan.

Turn it on

1. Open the design studio and go to the Content panel.
2. Open Entourage and switch on Show Entourage.
3. Change the Section Title if you want a different heading.
4. Click Edit Entourage to add your people.

Add roles and names

• To add a person to a role, click Add member, then Search guests or type a name. Names from your Guest List come up as you type.
• To add your own role, type it in Custom category name and click Add.
• To rename a role, click its name and type.
• To reorder, move roles up or down, and drag names within a role.

Already have your entourage in a spreadsheet? Add an entourage_role column when you import your guests, and they are placed in their roles for you. Someone with two roles? Separate them with a semicolon: "Principal Sponsors; Bible Bearer".

Lay out the names

Each role has its own layout options:

• Two columns (e.g. couples, one name each side) pairs names side by side. Use it for principal sponsors.
• Names in sets how many columns plain names use: Auto, 1 column, 2 columns or 3 columns.
• Width makes the role take a Full row or a Half row, so two short roles can sit side by side.
• Hide this title (show the names only) shows the names without the role's name.
• Start a new block above begins a new group of roles.
• Use as a heading (introduces the roles below, no names of its own) turns one of your own roles into a heading for the roles under it.

To set every role at once, pick a preset in the Content panel: Single Column, Two Column or Paired.

Frequently asked questions

How do I fix a typo in a name?

Open Edit Entourage, find the name and change it. If the person is also on your Guest List, fix the spelling there too.

My principal sponsors show in one column on a phone.

Turn on Two columns (e.g. couples, one name each side) for that role, and check the Phone view in the design studio.

Can I put a heading like "Principal Sponsors" over several roles?

Yes. Add a custom role, name it, and tick Use as a heading (introduces the roles below, no names of its own). Every role below it belongs to that heading until the next heading.
