Claim stubs

How do souvenir and drink stubs work?

Set up a booth, share one link with the staff manning it, and hand things out without paper tickets.

  1. Make a booth for each thing you hand out

Souvenirs, drinks, the dessert bar, the perfume table. Name it, then say how many each guest or each party gets — one per person, two drinks each, one giveaway per family.

  2. Send the booth its own link

Each booth gets a link you can send to whoever is manning it — a cousin, the coordinator, the supplier. They open it on their phone. No account, no app, and the link only opens that one booth.

  3. Your staff mark people off

They type the guest’s name, or scan the code on the guest’s invitation. Your whole party opens as a checklist and they tap each person as they collect. Tapped by mistake? Undo it.

  4. Handle the exceptions

Give the ninongs an extra set, give the kids none, or flag a party as special with a note only your staff see — "give them the framed one".

  5. Watch it go down

Your dashboard shows how many are left at each booth as it happens, and who handed them out. No tallying at the end of the night.

What your guests see

Your guests see what they can claim on your invitation — each booth, how many they get, and any instruction you wrote for it. At the table they can show the code on their phone or simply give their name.

What it costs

All of this is free on every plan, including the free one. See the full pricing.

Questions couples ask next

Do the people at the booth need a Ceremo account?
No. They open the booth link on their own phone. The link only opens that one booth, so a supplier never sees the rest of your guest list.
What if a guest lost their code?
They give their name. Your staff type it in, find the party, and tick them off the same way.
Can someone claim twice?
Each guest or party can collect only what you set. Once it is ticked, the booth shows it as claimed, with who handed it out.
