Entourage list

How do I put our entourage on the invitation?

List your parents, principal and secondary sponsors and wedding party under your own headings, laid out in pairs or columns.

  1. Switch on the Entourage section

In the Design Studio, open Entourage in the Content panel and turn it on. Rename the heading if you want something else.

  2. Add your roles

Parents of the Bride, Principal Sponsors, Candle, Veil and Cord sponsors, Best Man, Maid of Honor, Flower Girls — use the usual roles or type your own.

  3. Add the names

Start typing and names from your guest list come up, so nobody is spelled two ways. Already have it in a spreadsheet? Add an entourage role column when you import your guests.

  4. Lay it out

Put principal sponsors in pairs side by side, run long lists in two or three columns, let two short roles share a row, or group several roles under one heading.

What your guests see

Your ninongs and ninangs see their names on the invitation, in pairs the way they will walk, and the whole family can check who is in the entourage without asking you.

What it costs

All of this is free on every plan, including the free one. See the full pricing.

Questions couples ask next

Can I show principal sponsors in pairs?
Yes. Turn on the two-column layout for that role and each ninong sits beside his ninang, on phones too.
Can I put a heading like "Principal Sponsors" over several roles?
Yes. Add your own role, name it, and mark it as a heading. Every role below it belongs to that heading until the next one.
Is the entourage section free?
Yes, on every plan.
